These terms describe the Sweet Bloom Coffee LLC storefront and the order-confirmation process. Please read them before submitting.

We offer manual coffee grinders and coffee mugs. Dimensions and capacities are nominal; capacity is to the brim. Product images show overall form and color, but screen settings can affect appearance. No medical, professional or brewing-performance guarantee is implied.

Ordering and agreement

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be able to enter a purchase agreement. A submitted checkout is a request, not payment or automatic acceptance. We confirm availability, total and payment arrangements before accepting the purchase.

We may decline an unavailable or invalid order and will explain a material correction before payment. Please use the site lawfully; do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or misuse personal information.

Prices, delivery and returns

Prices are USD, including applicable sales tax. Delivery is $6.95 below $65 merchandise value, free at $65 or more. We serve contiguous US street addresses and DC. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after payment confirmation.

Request an eligible unused-item return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind return postage is yours; verified defects or merchant errors are handled at our expense. The Shipping, Payment and Returns policies explain the complete process.

Liability and customer rights

Follow the product care guidance. Do not use mugs on direct heat or immerse grinder mechanisms. We are responsible for obligations required by applicable law; nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a dispute, contact us first with the reference and issue so that we can seek a practical resolution. We may update site terms for future orders; the terms agreed for a confirmed purchase are not retrospectively changed.
