Where we deliver

We accept street-address deliveries in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Cost and tax

Shipping is $6.95 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $65. Orders of $65 or more receive free shipping. All prices are in USD and include applicable sales tax; no additional tax is added at checkout.

Timing

Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after payment confirmation, including handling and transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

We will confirm availability and delivery details before arranging payment. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will explain the options before you pay. Tracking will be provided when available after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your full street address, apartment number and ZIP before submitting. Contact us promptly for corrections. A change cannot be guaranteed once dispatch has begun.

If delivery appears delayed, lost or damaged, contact [email protected] with your reference. We will investigate and explain replacement or refund options rather than asking you to resolve a carrier issue alone.
