Sweet Bloom / guide
A small guide to a better fit.
Start with your daily dose, your preferred cup and the time you want to spend. Here is how to choose and look after your coffee companions.

Choose a grinder around your dose
Check the hopper capacity against the coffee dose in your recipe. Leave room for beans to settle; do not force the crank or overfill the chamber. The Trail Slim holds 20 g, Dune 25 g, Midnight and Clear Base 30 g, and Walnut Table 35 g.
Steel burrs and ceramic burrs are different constructions, not an automatic quality ranking. Choose the weight, grip and capacity that feel suitable for your setup. These grinders are intended for filter and immersion brewing; we do not promise espresso-machine compatibility.
Dial in with small changes
Set the adjustment before loading beans. Begin with a medium setting for filter coffee and a coarser setting for immersion; use your brewer’s recipe as the starting point. Change one setting at a time, and keep notes on dose and brew time.
Never run stones, spices or wet beans through the mechanism. If the crank jams, stop, remove the beans and inspect the burr area instead of applying extra force.
Find the cup that feels right
Nominal capacity is measured to the brim. Leave headroom for milk and safe handling. Oat Stack holds 10 fl oz; Petal and Amber hold 12; Speckle Low 14; Moss Tall 16. Check height if you plan to use a mug under a brewer.
Stoneware has a reassuring weight, while glass lets you see your drink. Handles and hot surfaces can still warm up: use care with freshly brewed coffee and keep mugs away from a counter edge.
Care without complication
Brush grinder burrs dry after use. Do not immerse a grinder or put the mechanism in a dishwasher. Wash the Clear Base glass catch jar separately and dry it completely before reassembly. Wipe the Walnut Table housing with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately.
Follow the specific mug care note on its product page. Hand wash recommended items with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Let hot glass cool before washing, avoid thermal shock, and never use any mug on a hob, flame or direct heating plate.
A note, a question, a better morning.
